What is MBT?

How does it work?

Through its unique design of its multilayered sole, MBT transforms flat, hard, artificial surfaces into natural uneven surfaces, simulating the walking action of our barefoot ancestors.

Unlike most conventional training shoes that support and cushion your feet, the unique construction of MBT challenges the sole, and the muscles used to form your posture, to be more active.

This creates a pre-stretch of the calf muscles. The straightening of the body, the balancing on the mid-foot (2) and the pull-through of the step to the back (3) initiates a rotation, which follows through the whole body. This results in an active and natural posture and gait.

  I love this shoes and it really have helped my foot and back pain.And it looks wonderful,I knew what a great product this was!If you are having trouble with walking or legs,hips hurt this shoe should help tremendously.
